Always avoid folders starting with 'T'

Frost's Random Tip of the Day: You can save time if you avoid creating mail folders in Outlook that start with the letter T. Why? Because you'll be able to more quickly convert an Email into a Task by pressing SHIFT+CTRL+V, then T, then ENTER.

SHIFT+CTRL+V is the much-loved keyboard shortcut for 'Move to Folder'. By pressing T, Outlook jumps to the next available folder beginning with the letter T, and pressing ENTER confirms the move request. Of course, if you have lots of folders that start with T, you'll have to check you're dropping your email in the right folder, thus slowing you down by 0.36 seconds per email.

So get to it renaming those email folders. 'Tedious Projects' becomes 'Mind-numbing Stuff', and 'Totally inane responses' becomes, well, I'll let you decide for that one!
