Sharepoint Online - 1 Key to Expanding your O365 Practice

 

Josh Condie - So many great announcements over the past few weeks about OneDrive and Sharepoint.  Many partners don't realize the former can often be the gateway to expanding the use of the latter.  Sharepoint Online configuration, governance, intranet design, forms/workflow, document libraries and project management (to name a few) are wonderful practice development opportunities.  They can also be high margin projects for a customer that are easily templatized and repackaged for the next customer.  Sharepoint Online really is a well of opportunity that most Office 365 partners have yet to explore.  Well look no further:

Start with understanding OneDrive for Business, it's new capabilities and refinement, then see how a 1-2 week engagment after first deployment of O365 can energize users with cloud document storage.  See here for details

Next, once your customer is comfortable with OneDrive, look to expand that comfort in a controlled fashion to Sharepoint Online document libraries (a great way to replace on-premises file shares.  See the new Sharepoint Online in action here
