Phil just announced the availability of a new section on MSDN Code Gallery. This new area is dedicated to sharing code and samples focusing on High Performance Computing on Windows HPC Server 2008. Since it is very new, there's currently not too much up there. Phil has posted code on "How to build the Intel® Cluster Toolkit on Windows". Here's the link.
Worth mentioning also, more details about the project can be found on the Windows HPC community portal under https://windowshpc.net in the resources section.
