Enable Agent "Act As A Proxy" in bulk via PowerShell

This script, originally posted at SystemCenterForum.org, is tremendously valuable in large ADMP environments. I just executed against 500 domain controllers while eating a bagle.

  Good question. Unless specified in the MPs technical documentation or its something like clustering, I am not sure why occasionally an alert will be generated telling you to enable proxying on a server which does not apparenlty need it. I have experienced that too. After verifying no functionality is missing, I override the monitor for the particular node in question.
