Who you are?
I am Osmar Landin, ALM consultant and software developer at Lambda3 (https://lambda3.com.br). I am a passionate software developer, Professional Scrum Developer and Professional Scrum Master.
What makes you “tick”?
Deliver working software. As I mentioned, I am a passionate software developer and in my opinion, Microsoft ALM solution is the best one to accomplish it. I also like to help customers to improve their process and deliver business value as soon as possible.
Where you live?
I live in São Paulo, Brazil.
Why are you active in the Rangers program?
As an ALM consultant, I always use and recommend Rangers solutions to solve complex problems for our customers. Because I think, ALM Rangers are great team who can improve my experience and expertise, under this great team I can find a nice place to share knowledge and help the community to improve their development process and skills.
What is the best Rangers project you worked in and why?
I had never participated in a Rangers project yet but I am available to be starting the contribution.
