Deploying PaaS Compute-Intensive VM's via Microsoft HPC Pack

If you want to deploy worker roles into your Microsoft Azure environment, then you need to be running HPC Pack 2012 R2. Although earlier versions allow "bursting" to Microsoft Azure, the size of instances listed won't include A8 and A9.
