OData Browser Available for Windows Phone 7
Phani has written a nice WP7 app that enables you to browse an OData feed on your Windows phone. I got a chance to play with it last week when I helped with some usability testing. The app comes preloaded with several OData feeds (Netflix is the most interesting of these), and you can add your own. The app demonstrates client-side paging (which is configurable) and it leverages the pivot control to effectively provide different views of entity data, including the Atom entry, navigations, and media resource data. It also tombstones feed data elegantly when the app is deactivated and reactivated.
Here’s a screen capture of the Titles feed from Netflix in the OData Browser.
You can get the OData Browser app from Marketplace: https://bit.ly/ODataWp
