If you don't know much about Microsoft's Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) then you need to check it out big time. The tool that comes to facilitate this is called the BITSAdmin tool. Sadly, it is only in a command-line format right now. It has definitely saved my butt many times. Someone might want to crank out a decent GUI for this at some point (hint, hint, nudge, nudge, wink, wink -- say no more)

Does anyone know if an interop exists that implements the IBackgroundCopyJobHttpOptions Interface for BITS? I'm particularly intersted in using SetClientCertificateByName() to set client side certificates for authentication. This feature was available as of BITS 2.5. I've tried creating my own but am running into problems that might be have to do with the fact that I'm running it in XP.Anonymous
