Hi
Net.Tcp Listener Adapter service is unable to start and I get below event when I try to. Also Windows 10 takes a very long time on loading screen.
How can I fix it?

The Net.Tcp Port Sharing Service is disabled by default. What are you doing with the Net.Tcp Listener Adapter service can you put that in context?
