Is SSDT free?

Hi , My client don't have any SQL Server on-premise servers. My client uses only Microsoft SQL Server Azure server and Azure SQL data warehouse on cloud for all his company's data. Now my client want to build an analysis services (tabular) model and will be deployed to Azure Analysis Services on cloud. To develop analysis services project I need SQL Data Tools which I read on Microsoft site that its free to download. My question is in my scenario can I use this free SSDT tool to develop projects and deploy to azure ?

Yes, SSDT is free, and you can use it for free in the proposed scenario
