Can't connect to the URL of your organisation's MDM terms of use

When I attempt to Azure AD Join a device to my tenant I get the below message.

I have previously been able to Azure AD Join other machines to my tenant with no issues, but this appears to have been broken after I enabled a trial of Azure AD Premium which has since expired.

Any ideas?

Hello, 

Generally you see this error when you enable Intune and the Intune endpoint is not configured correctly. 

Can you check the settings under Azure Active Directory > Mobility (MDM and MAM) > Intune and set the scope to None. 

Try joining to Azure AD post this and let us know if it works.
