Where can i download the Microsoft-Windows-LanguageFeatures-Handwriting-en-us-Package.cab file?

Hello Community

I need to download the Microsoft-Windows-LanguageFeatures-Handwriting-en-us-Package.cab in different languages (english, german, french, italian)

In my msdn portal I found a multilanguage file, but this file didn't inclute che Handwriting.cab files.

Could someone send me a link, where I can download these files? I need urgend to install these handwriting languages.

Where do I download the language packs?

1. OEMs and System Builders with Microsoft Software License Terms can download language packs and LIPs from the Microsoft OEM site or the OEM Partner Center.

2. IT Professionals can download language packs from the Microsoft Volume Licensing Site.

3. Users can add languages after Windows is installed, by goiung to Settings > Time & language > Region and language > Add a language.

Note: Not all language components are available for every language.
