Hi,
Are there any error occur in Device Manager\Keyboard driver?
Please try to uninstall the existing keyboard driver and download the latest version from manufacturer website to check the issue again.
Try to run troubshooting tool from Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\All Categories\keyboard to check and repair the issue.
If the issue occurred after update windows, try to check the update package you installed through Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features\View installed Updates. Once you could specify the update package, try to uninstall it and check the issue again.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback.
Are there any strange icons occur in Device Manage? What's your device model and system version?
Try to switch with anther port to check.
If the keyboard works well in BIOS and not work in Windows system, please try to check if the issue occur in Safe Mode environment. If it is not work in Safe Mode, try to delete keyboard driver and load the basic driver automatically.
Try to use the standard USB 1.1/2.0 ports instead of the USB 3.0 ports, which are attached to 3rd party chips.
