Microsoft Authenticator - install error

Hi

I currently updated my Android KitKat to Android Marshmallow. I am not sure why, but this deleted my fully functional Authenticator App. It does not appear in my Apps in Google Store. I tried re-installing it and I get the following error message: "Microsoft Authenticator can't be installed. Try again, and if the problem continues, get help troubleshooting. (Error code:-505)".

I've already searched for residual files and couldn't find anything related to the app.

I really need the authenticator to work!

Help please?

Cristina, try resetting the Play Store app and Google Play services by deleting the app's data and cache, then restart the phone. Otherwise, a factory data reset may fix the problem as well.
