I would like to update a PC running Windows 10 Enterprise to the latest version which I believe is 1803 Build 17134.285
The PC I am working on is showing Windows 10 Enterprise Version 10.0 Build 10240.
Trying to update using the Windows Update screen shows the message "Your device is up to date".
Is there a way around this problem?

If Windows Update doesn't offer the 1803 Enterprise version, you can download an ISO file from MSDN (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/evaluate-windows-10-enterprise) or from Volume Licensing Center.
Then mount the downloaded ISO file and click the setup.exe file. Select upgrade.

Hi Micknet,
As you are using Windows 10 Enterprise as your operating system, so please check with IT administrator if WSUS is used for update deploy in your company environment.
If yes, we need to make sure the latest update is approved and available in WSUS, then you could find available update package through Windows Update.
If not, we should go to Volume Licensing Service Center or MSDN website to download Windows 10 1803 ISO image to upgrade system.
If you need further assistance, please reply to us directly.
Bests,
