Hi,
Thanks for posting in TechNet. Please help try the followings:
Sometime the error 80004005 is a failed to access file/file in use. Please help disable the AV and rebuild the computer to have a try.
Does the computer have a valid IP address? Please import the network driver for the laptop model and add the network driver to boot image to have a try.
3.Is this happening during FullOS deployment in Software Center? Does it work ok if booting from PXE?
- Please also make sure the SCCM client cache size is big enough.
Thanks for your time.
Best regards,
Simon

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
As this issue is only for existing machines which were already built previously. It may mean that you have an issue with the partitioning and sometimes it is due to BitLocker encryption. Please clean and re-create the partition yourself using the Diskpart commands during OSD to have a try.
For more detailed information, please refer to: SCCM: Failed to Stage WinPE – 0x8007000F
Note: This is non-Microsoft link, just for your reference.
Hope my answer could help you. Thanks for your time.

Simon
