Hi Mohsen Alavi,

Before we tried to use the external resources, we could try to enable this feature from the control panel.

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features\Turn Windows feature on or off

Please run "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" to check the health of the system files. If it is possible, please replace the image resource to have a check.

If the issue persists, please check the dism.log for more information to troubleshoot this issue. If you have troubleshoot in analyzing the log. Please upload them to OneDrive and paste the link here.

Best regards
