Looks like the computer is pending a reboot from a previous installation. Try it.

The user cancelled the installation or the user does not have the proper installation rights.
- Try if you can start the command line with administrative rights.
- Execute the following commando: {Client Installation directory}\ccmsetup.exe /mp:{FQDN}

I have restarted the machine and reinstall again manually using below command but still no success. I can see the agent in the control panel but seems like it is not complete. The action is only 2 actions and the client cert is none. Any other logfile I should see?
ccmsetup.exe /noservice SMSSITECODE="site code" SMSMP="primary site FQDN"
In ccmsetup log, I can see now only 3 constant error as below:
CCMRegisterEndpointRollback. In the event of a failed installation, this action rolls back the changes from CCMRegisterEndpoint
and
CCMRegisterComponentsRollback. In the event of a failed installation, this action rolls back the changes from CCMRegisterComponentsRollback
and
CCMTypelibRollback. In the event of install failing, this event rolls back the type libraries to the state before install started
In addition, the software center is missing but I can still see Configuration Manager applet still present in control panel. Seems like the installation is not complete.****

Hi,
You need to check logs in C:\Windows\ccmsetup\Logs.
If possible, please upload the full logs(ccmsetup.log, client.msi.log)
Best Regards,
Joyce
