Hi,

I have updated the GPO with ADX & ADML files for office 16. And created a GPO (work group path). But still I cant see the template files on word or power point.

Hi,

>> But still I cant see the template files on word or power point.

<< What version of Office are you using now? Do you mean that you could not see the template files via File > New > Custom tab in Word or PowerPoint?

Would you please tell us more about your settings in GPO? Generally, we could locate to the following path, enable "Workgroup templates path" with the path of folder you store templates:

User Configuration/Policies/Administrative Templates/Microsoft Office 2016/Shared paths/Workgroup templates path

Then you may open Word, go to File > New > Custom tab, check whether there is the folder that stores your templates. The picture below shows the New option in Word for Office 365.

When you have already done it and the issue still exists, maybe you could refer to the similar thread:

Office 2016 Workgroup Templates GPO

GPO to set Word 2016 workgroup template path not working

If you have any updates, please feel free to let me know.

Best Regards,

Emily
