Upgrade from MCSA: Server 2012 to the MCSE tracks:
**
**From MCSA: Server 2012 you earn one of the new MCSE Certification tracks, each MCSE track will require additional exams that you will need to pass to achieve the MCSE certification that has your interest. These tracks are new and will be available for  the next few years, most of the self-paced guides from Microsoft Press for the MCSE exams will be releases at the end of September 2013

You find the MCSE tracks and the exams required here

Feel free to ask questions about upgrading in the TechNet Training and Certification Forum.
