Windows 10 CTP Troubleshooting: Mouse Cursor Disappears Occasionally in VLC for Modern Windows
Scenario #1
Download and install VLC for Windows 8 from Windows Store. After installation open the player Click Open Video and select the video which you like to play. Play the movie, now try to select subtitles from the folder .The mouse cursor will either disappear or hang. To get rid of this open Task Manager by using CTRL + ALT + DEL keys. You will find cursor has started to move normally. Now you can add subtitles.

Scenario #2
During watching a video or a movie try to hover the mouse on new Hamburger-style (3 lines) menu icon which opens "App Commands" menu. The mouse cursor will disappear again. To get back the cursor just right click on mouse on anywhere on screen.
