Question 02 :

How can I disable the MFA from a user account.

Answer :

There are two ways someone can disable MFA from a user account.

  1. From the Azure Portal, select Azure Active Directory  - Users - Multi-Factor Authentication

Select the user and on the right-hand menu select disable (the user in my example is already disabled)

  2. You can use conditional access to allow or not allow MFA to user accounts.
