Manage Azure Sphere device groups

Device groups in your product help organize your devices so you can target updates to specific devices.The five device groups created by default for use in creating deployments are: Development, Field Test, Field Test OS Evaluation, Production, and Production OS Evaluation.

You can perform the following device group management operations from the Azure Portal or from the Azure CLI:

• Create a device group.
• Delete the specified device group.
• List the device groups in your catalog.
• View a device group's details.
• Update a device group's details.
