Use a SQL connector, driver, or API
You can use SQL connectors, drivers, and APIs to connect to and run SQL statements and commands from Azure Databricks compute resources. These SQL connectors, drivers, and APIs include:
- The Databricks SQL Connector for Python
- The SQLAlchemy dialect for Azure Databricks
- The Databricks SQL Driver for Go
- The Databricks SQL Driver for Node.js
- The Databricks Driver for SQLTools for Visual Studio Code
- The Databricks SQL Statement Execution API 2.0
- pyodbc
- The Databricks ODBC driver
- The Databricks JDBC driver
