Get support for Azure Native Dynatrace Service

How to contact support

  1. In the Azure portal, go to your Dynatrace resource.

  2. In Resource menu, under Support + troubleshooting, select New Support Request.

  3. Select the link to go to the Dynatrace support website and raise a request.
