Your $1,000 startup credit offer includes a Basic support plan for your Azure Sponsorship subscription. This plan provides billing and subscription management support at no extra cost via the Azure portal.

Startups that verify their business and unlock up to $5,000 USD in Azure credits receive a complimentary Developer support plan, which includes:

  • Technical support for Azure services.
  • Access to Support Engineers via prioritized responses on Microsoft Q&A.
