Step-by-step instructions for configuring the Script property of a Scripting functoid are provided as steps 3 through 6 of How to Add Scripting Functoids to a Map. Steps 7 and 8 are also relevant with respect to configuring the input parameters, if any, and the output parameter of a Scripting functoid.
