Connectors support multiple authentication types

Some connectors now support multiple authentication options to connect to their service. For example, SQL Server supports Azure AD, SQL Server Authentication, Windows Authentication, and SQL Connection String. This lets users choose which credentials they want to use when connecting to a particular connector.
