  1. Sign in to your https://<org>.dynamics.com/apps environment.
  2. Select Settings > Advanced Settings on the command bar. The Settings page is displayed in a new browser tab.
  3. Go to Dynamics 365 Settings > Solutions.

Teams - User full name search.

  • Agents can contact subject-matter experts (SMEs) in their company by searching for them in Consult panel during a call. Currently agents are unable to search for Teams users by both first name and last name.
