Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Service Update 213 Release Notes
Service Update 213 for Microsoft Dynamics 365 9.1.0 is now available. This article describes the hotfixes and updates that are included in Service Update 213.
Important
Note: Service Update naming convention has been revised to clarify the link between the version number and Service Update number.
For example, Service Update 150 will now correspond to version number 150xx. Occasionally a Service Update will be canceled and all associated fixes will be rolled into a subsequent Service Update. For this reason, Service Update numbers may not always increase incrementally.

To determine whether your organization had this update applied, check your Microsoft Dynamics 365 version number. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner, and then click About.

Service Update 213 resolves the following issues:
Repaired Functionality
The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.
Accessibility
- In the Customer Service Hub, the user interface was unresponsive when performing a "triple tap" command to activate a column header, as instructed by the accessibility narrator.
- Narrator had not read the selected options when the focus was on the 'Constraints' field.
- 'Select All' could not be activated within Sales Hub when Narrator was on.
- The active cases list could not be closed when the narrator was activated.
- In the Marketing app, the accessibility screen reader did not narrate instructions when completing the date and time details for an event.
- While connecting a sequence within a lead, Narrator had not announced the alert type when selecting more than one checkbox option.
- When using keyboard navigation, focus was lost after performing either 'Set As Default' and 'Clear Default' operations.*
- The active cases list could not be closed when the narrator was activated.
Knowledge Management
- Web client entities could not be loaded a customer timeline was present.*
- In the 'My Contact' section, the user interface did not display the Phone activity description within the timeline.
- When creating a card configuration, the user interface displayed HTML tags or text content within the fifth configuration column.
- Data-value attributes were not saved in email templates.*
- Cards configured without a fifth field had the expand/collapse chevron icon rendered in the incorrect place.
Platform Services
- Emails marked as 'Tracked regarding' would incorrectly be changed to 'Tracked' after a short time.*
- Slow performance and timeouts occurred when adding a bot to solution component records.*
- When adding an account main form to a new solution, both the form and any business rules scoped to that account main form were added.*
- The user interface displayed a blank dialog box when updating the date and time field in a record.
- When adding a lookup field from a related entity in Advance Find the lookup field displayed the value 'No Name.'
- Unprocessed emails were not retained in a "Track failed" state within the Mail App.
- Unprocessed emails were not retained in a "Track failed" state within the Mail App.
Sales
- Solution imports with a 'contact_parent_contact' relationship component would fail.*
- When moving to a previous page using swipe commands on mobile devices, the user interface displayed the sitemap instead.*
Solutions
- Activity Party attributes were missing in flows for ‘send email with and without templates’ when slugs were added in Legacy SLA.*
- Filtering private queues on an interactive dashboard did not account for queue view permissions.*
- New email signatures were not saved.
Unified Interface
- Narrator had not announced the displayed status message “Session title: Required fields must be filled in" when saving a session without a title name set.
- No loading icon was displayed when refreshing a grid within a model app.
- Tooltips with multiline text displayed on a single line.
- On mobile devices in offline mode, the user interface was unresponsive when selecting the Quick Create button.*
- Related entity filters had not shown up in Advanced find.
- When selecting the 'save and close' option in a quick create form, the user interface did not load the work order page and did not add the new record.
- Converted apps could not be opened offline on Android.*
- The user interface did not reflect the modifications made to button labels within an entity.*
- Field header were not clearly visible within editable grids after the 10th column.*
- Records in the mobile app did not scroll down to the bottom of the page.*
- Canvas Apps did not load in Google Chrome.*
- When a managed solution containing event handlers was deployed, the event handler sequence was presented in a different order.*
- When applying a filter to an inline editable grid, the user interface did not display the filter icons while the grid was collapsed and expanded.
- When navigating from any Dashboard to the Field Service Administrator Dashboard, the user interface would not load the Field Service Administrator Dashboard.*
- When selecting the 'All day event' check box in the Appointment form, the Time fields had not displayed.
- When creating a new segment within the Customer Journey, the user interface did not contain the quick campaign button.
- When viewing an email record in the sent folder, the user interface did not display the Forward/Reply all/Reply options in the email.
- When selecting the offline status tab, the user interface displayed a blank page on the left side of the app page.*

- An error occurred when performing a solution upgrade.
- An error occurred when attempting to qualify a lead.*
- An error occurred when exporting selected records within the Omnichannel agent dashboard.
- An error occurred when performing an excel import to update a business unit field.
- An error occurred when opening an email from a case entity when the title contained a "<" symbol.
Unified Interface
- An error had occurred when attempting to view charts for a personalized dashboard.
- An error occurred when creating a new account without an established email.*
- An error occurred when tracking recurring appointments in the Dynamics App for Outlook.*
- An error occurred when performing a solution upgrade and the error message did not contain the form ID.
