If your organization uses Dynamics 365 for Field Service to manage field service bookings, the first-line worker can view Field Service bookings from Remote Assist and call the recommended expert. This enables heads-up, hands-free calling through HoloLens in the context of a Field Service booking. 

Note

A Dynamics 365 license is required to view Field Service bookings.
