Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

Requirements: Exam AZ-104

Azure administrators implement, manage, and monitor an organization’s Microsoft Azure environment, including virtual networks, storage, compute, identity, security, and governance.

Microsoft Certified: Azure for SAP Workloads Specialty

Requirements: Exam AZ-120

Architects or engineers for Azure for SAP Workloads partner with cloud administrators, cloud database administrators, and clients to implement solutions.

Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty

Requirements: Exam AZ-140

Candidates for this certification are server or desktop administrators with subject matter expertise in designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop experiences and remote apps for any device.

Microsoft Certified: Azure Stack Hub Operator Associate

Requirements: Exam AZ-600

Candidates for this certification plan, deploy, update, and maintain the Azure Stack Hub infrastructure. They also configure resources, manage infrastructure capacity, and optimize the services that run in Azure Stack Hub.

Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate

Requirements: Exam MS-203

Microsoft 365 messaging administrators are responsible for managing recipients, mailboxes, transport, mail flow, administrative roles, threat protection, compliance, migrations, and client connectivity.

Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

Requirements: Exam MD-100, MD-101

In May 2023, this certification will be renamed to Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate. Modern desktop administrators deploy, configure, secure, manage, and monitor devices and client applications in an enterprise environment.

Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate

Requirements: Exam MS-500

The Microsoft 365 security administrator proactively secures identity and access, implements threat protection, manages information protection, and enforces compliance.

Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

Requirements: Exam MS-100, MS-101

In May 2023, this certification will be renamed to Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert. The Microsoft 365 enterprise administrator functions as the integrating hub for all Microsoft 365 workloads. This role coordinates across multiple Microsoft 365 workloads and advises the architects and workload administrators.

Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate

Requirements: Exam MS-700

Microsoft Teams administrators deliver secure, efficient, and effective internal and external collaboration and communication capabilities with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365.

Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

Requirements: Exam SC-300

The Microsoft identity and access administrator designs, implements, and operates an organization’s identity and access management systems by using Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), part of Microsoft Entra. They configure and manage authentication and authorization of identities for users, devices, Azure resources, and applications.

Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate

Requirements: Exam SC-400

The Microsoft information protection administrator plans and implements controls that meet organizational information protection and governance requirements by using Microsoft 365 information protection services.

Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Voice Engineer Expert

Requirements: Exam MS-720

On July 1, 2023, this certification will be replaced with Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate. Microsoft Teams voice engineers plan, design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot an integrated communications solution at an organization.

Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

Requirements: Exam AZ-800, AZ-801

Windows Server hybrid administrators integrate Windows Server environments with Azure services and manage Windows Server in on-premises networks.

Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert

Requirements: Exam SC-100

Microsoft cybersecurity architects have subject matter expertise in designing and evolving the cybersecurity strategy to protect an organization’s mission and business processes across all aspects of the enterprise architecture.
