Once your connector is certified, it's be deployed to the preview region. You can access the link of this of this preview environment through your offer in Partner Center.
Upon your confirmation on go-live, Microsoft deploys your connector in all regions. If your connector is using OAuth2, be sure that you enter the proper production ClientID and ClientSecret.
To access the preview environment, you receive an email from Microsoft certificationteam@microsoft.com with the username and one-time password. You're prompted to change this password to conduct testing.
Your preview environment expires in two (2) business days. You need to conduct the testing within two business days and confirm the go-live to Microsoft. If this isn't done, the offer is rejected and you're required to resubmit.
Sign in to Store Link from Partner Center.
On the menu to the left, select Custom Connectors.
On the panel to the right, find and select your custom connector.
If your custom connector uses OAuth2 authentication, be sure that you provide a valid production ClientID and ClientSecret.
Ensure that you're testing the correct connector during this process. This must be the certified version we deployed in preview. Also, you need to get the trial license in order to conduct the testing of the certified connector.
Conduct extensive testing to ensure that your connector is ready to be deployed to all public regions:
The See documentation link won't function until the connector has been fully deployed in production.
After testing is complete, notify Microsoft in Partner Center.
After you notify Microsoft that you completed testing, Microsoft does the following:
Deploy your connector on the Premium tier to all public regions.
If there are any issues, we contact you in Partner Center.
When deployment is complete, users with a Power Automate license can use your certified connector.
