Prerequisites

You need to install Learn365 - Zensai Learn365 Learning Management System (LMS) for SharePoint and Teams - in your Microsoft 365 subscription from the Microsoft AppSource listing for Learn365.

Authentication and authorization

The connector requires authenticated access to Learn365 service data.

Authorization behavior

Access to data is restricted by the authenticated user context.
Returned data is scoped by Learn365 permissions.

Operations exposed by this connector

The current Learn365 MCP surface includes the following operations:

Get catalogs
- Returns available course catalogs.
Get courses by catalog
- Returns courses belonging to a specified catalog.
Get course enrollments
- Returns enrollment records for a specified course.
Get user enrollments
- Returns enrollments for the current user based on filter criteria.
Get user statistics
- Returns user-level learning statistics based on filter criteria.

Common request capabilities

Paging support (skip, top) where applicable.
Rich filter payloads for enrollment/statistics queries, including:
- completion and registration status
- due date and overdue flags
- mandatory course flags
- registration/completion date ranges
- course type filters
