Responsive MCP (Preview)
Responsive MCP Connector for Microsoft Copilot Studio enables users to leverage information and content from Responsive directly within Copilot studio. It allows AI agents to retrieve project lists, sections, and questions generate draft responses and search library records to reuse approved content. The connector helps proposal, sales, and response teams streamline workflows and reduce context switching by keeping response activities in one place.

Authentication
This connector uses OAuth 2.0 authorization code flow.
During connection setup, users are redirected to the Responsive authentication page to sign in and authorize access to the Responsive MCP server.
Permissions and governance
All operations respect Responsive workspace permissions and approval controls. The connector only returns content accessible to the connected user. Restricted, draft, or unapproved content is not exposed outside user permissions.
Known Issues and Limitations
- Access is limited to projects and content available to the connected user
- AI-generated draft responses should be reviewed before submission or publication
- Availability of operations depends on workspace configuration and user permissions

During setup:
- Select the Responsive MCP connector
- Sign in to Responsive using OAuth 2.0
- Authorize access to your Responsive workspace
- Complete connector setup
