Microsoft Copilot Cowork is available on your mobile devices (for example, iPhone, iPad, and Galaxy) through the Microsoft Copilot mobile app for iOS or Android. You can start a task, attach files, use voice input, and approve actions from wherever you are, then pick the work back up in your browser or the desktop app.
Get the mobile app
- Install the Microsoft Copilot app from the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Open the app and sign in with the work or school account that has your Microsoft 365 Copilot license.
- Select Cowork to open the Cowork experience.
Your tasks stay in sync across surfaces, so a task you start on your phone or tablet is available when you sign in to Cowork in your browser at copilot.cloud.microsoft or in the Microsoft Copilot desktop app for Windows and macOS.
What you can do on mobile
On mobile, you work with Cowork the same way you do in the browser:
- Describe a task in the chat input, or pick one of the suggested prompts.
- Attach files to give Cowork the context it needs for your request.
- Use voice input by selecting the microphone button to speak your request instead of typing. Voice input availability depends on your device.
- Review and approve actions. Cowork asks for your approval before it sends email, schedules meetings, or takes other actions, and you approve each action from your phone or tablet.
- Follow along as Cowork shows each step of its work and shares the results.

What's different on mobile
Everyday tasks work the same on mobile, but a few capabilities are available only in the browser or desktop app.
