Obtaining a Business brief
Finance Agent provides business briefs in response to your prompts. While the agent can interpret natural language responses and subsequently generate a business brief, the following list contains suggested prompts for obtaining a business brief:
- Provide me with a business brief for Contoso Inc.
- Give me a high-level company assessment for Contoso Inc.
- Provide me with an executive overview of Contoso Inc.
In response to the business brief prompt, the agent provides highlights for the requested company. To view the full brief, select View business brief.
Business Intelligence Q&A
Through its native integration with MSN Money and Microsoft Bing, Finance Agent delivers detailed and accurate company-focused financial responses to user-provided financial questions about any public or private business entity. The agent provides structured responses with company overview, financials, strategic moves, and peer analysis. Responses also include citations for each insight, such as MSN Money news articles. Data sources include public filings, market data, company websites, and internal documents if available.
You can use Business Intelligence Q&A in follow-up to a business brief or you can initiate it at any point while using the Finance Agent. To use Business Intelligence Q&A, either go to the Finance Agent home to start a new query or submit a prompt (question) while in conversational chat about an existing company or entity. The Finance Agent uses natural language to interpret prompts (questions). If you're researching a new company or entity that is different from the current thread of a conversational chat, start a new chat before submitting a prompt or question.
