This article describes how to sign in to your enterprise resource planning (ERP) system by using Finance agents in Microsoft 365 Outlook.
To get started with Finance agents in Microsoft 365 Outlook, the first step is to ensure that you're signed in to your ERP system.
To complete the sign-in process, follow these steps.
Open Outlook, and go to the email that you want to analyze. On the top menu for the selected email, select All Apps.
Select the Finance agents app.
Depending on your ERP system, the rest of the steps may vary.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
To connect with your Dynamics 365 Finance system, select Connect with your ERP, and then select Dynamics 365 Finance on the dropdown menu at the bottom of the add-in window.
On the dropdown menu, select the Dynamics 365 Finance environment to connect to.
To complete the sign-in process, select Get Started.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- To connect with your Dynamics 365 Business Central system, select Connect with your ERP, and then select Dynamics 365 Business Central on the dropdown menu at the bottom of the add-in window.
- On the dropdown menu, select the Dynamics 365 Business Central environment and company to connect to.
- To complete the sign-in process, select Get Started.
Other Connections
- To connect with any other ERP system, select Connect with your ERP, and then select Other connections on the dropdown menu at the bottom of the add-in window.
- On the dropdown menu, select the environment to connect to.
- To complete the sign-in process, select Get Started.
