RELOG_RETENTION_SYSTEM_EVENT_FLAGS constants

The RELOG_RETENTION_SYSTEM_EVENT_FLAGS
constants are used to describe which system events to keep in a relogged trace. Use them to initialize the RELOG_DESCRIPTOR structure's SystemEventsRetentionFlags
field.
