Issue
The generated Java callable wrapper (JCW) source file was unexpectedly modified during the build. This usually indicates that an incremental build detected a change in the generated output that should not have occurred.
Solution

dotnet build) to ensure all generated files are up to date. If the
error persists, please file a bug report with a reproduction project.
