Issue
Java callable wrappers cannot represent generic parameters or instantiations, by-reference types, pointers, function pointers, or rectangular arrays in constructor signatures.
Solution
Remove the Java-visible constructor or use primitive, string, bound Java object, or single-dimensional array parameters.
