Sets the ScorablePropertyRanking feature as enabled or disabled.

Remarks
Sets the ScorablePropertyRanking feature as enabled or disabled. If enabled, 'getScorableProperty' function can be used in the advanced ranking expression. For details, see SearchSpec.Builder.setRankingStrategy(String).
