Get the ID of this camera device.
This matches the ID given to CameraManager.openCamera to instantiate this this camera device.
This ID can be used to query the camera device's fixed properties with CameraManager.getCameraCharacteristics.
This method can be called even if the device has been closed or has encountered a serious error.
