Remarks
Indicates that the operation failed because the caller did not have the required permissions. This can happen when trying to perform resolution, discovery, or callback registration without the Manifest.permission.ACCESS_LOCAL_NETWORK permission. This failure is passed with ResolveListener.onResolveFailed, DiscoveryListener.onStartDiscoveryFailed, or ServiceInfoCallback.onServiceInfoCallbackRegistrationFailed.
