Sets whether the device delayed sending the Location Measurement Report (LMR), as defined in the IEEE 802.11az standard.

true if LMR is delayed, false otherwise.

The builder to facilitate chaining. This value cannot be null.

Sets whether the device delayed sending the Location Measurement Report (LMR), as defined in the IEEE 802.11az standard.
The decision on whether the Location Measurement Report (LMR) feedback will be immediate or delayed is negotiated during the initial Fine Time Measurement (FTM) negotiation. See RangingResult.isLmrDelayed().
