Definition

Specifies if a user is disallowed from adding and removing accounts, unless they are android.accounts.AccountManager#addAccountExplicitly programmatically added by Authenticator.

Specifies if a user is disallowed from adding and removing accounts, unless they are android.accounts.AccountManager#addAccountExplicitly programmatically added by Authenticator. The default value is false.

From android.os.Build.VERSION_CODES#N a profile or device owner app can still use android.accounts.AccountManager APIs to add or remove accounts when account management is disallowed.

Holders of the permission android.Manifest.permission#MANAGE_DEVICE_POLICY_ACCOUNT_MANAGEMENT can set this restriction using the DevicePolicyManager APIs mentioned below.
