Activity Action: Show a settings screen to configure application exclusions for the calling package's VpnManager VPN.

Invoking this Intent with Activity.startActivity displays a screen allowing the user to select applications that will be excluded from the calling package's VpnManager VPN. Exclusion changes will take effect immediately if the VPN is already running, or the next time the VPN is started.

The presence of this activity is not guaranteed on all devices; accordingly callers should verify Intent.resolveActivity prior to Activity.startActivity or catch ActivityNotFoundException.
