| GenericFailure | 1 | Indicates that sending the SMS failed for a generic reason. |
| RadioOff | 2 | Indicates that sending the SMS failed because the radio was explicitly turned off. |
| NullPdu | 3 | Indicates that sending the SMS failed because no PDU was provided. |
| NoService | 4 | Indicates that sending the SMS failed because service is currently unavailable. |
