Extracts the post-dial sequence of DTMF control digits, pauses, and waits.

Remarks

Extracts the post-dial sequence of DTMF control digits, pauses, and waits. Strips separators. This string may be empty, but will not be null unless phoneNumber == null.

Returns null if phoneNumber == null
