Switch to a certain subscription

This member is deprecated. this API is a duplicate of EuiccManager#switchToSubscription(int, PendingIntent) and does not support Multiple Enabled Profile(MEP). Apps should use EuiccManager#switchToSubscription(int, PendingIntent) or EuiccManager#switchToSubscription(int, int, PendingIntent) instead.
